Part A – General

To shop in this online store, you must be 18 years or older. If you are under 18 years old, you need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian to shop in this online store.

Shipping Policy

We aim to ship the Products to you at the delivery location you requested in your order and the shipping date we specified at checkout for your order (updated in the order confirmation); if we do not anticipate being able to deliver on the estimated shipping date goods, we will try to notify you. However, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss, liability, cost, damage, charge or expense incurred by you as a result of any delay in delivery.

Refund/Return/Order Cancellation Policy

All items are non-refundable and non-returnable. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product, it can be returned within 30 days of ordering and must comply with our return policy.

Products must be returned unused, product labels must not have been tampered with or removed, and the product must be in its original box or bag (if applicable). This policy only applies to items on this online store that are not included in the non-returnable brand/product list.

  • Merchant: Business entities or individuals using the Platform to create online stores to sell products or services.
  • Customer: Business entities or individuals browsing or purchasing from a Merchant's online store.

2. Your Representations

Our Platform is not intended for and may not be used by minors. By using our Platform, you confirm that you are an adult legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an entity, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Our Platform

Our Platform is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution designed for Merchants to create and operate their online stores, sell products or services, and communicate with Customers. Merchants can register for a free trial or subscribe to a paid plan for additional features.

4. Your Account

When registering for an account, you must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. This includes a username, email, and password. You are responsible for securing your account credentials and any activity occurring under your account.

5. Availability of Services

We continuously improve our Platform and reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features without prior notice. We strive for uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee that access will always be available due to maintenance or unforeseen disruptions.

6. Use of the Platform

  • You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
  • You must not:
    • Copy, distribute, or modify the Platform without authorization.
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer the software.
    • Disrupt or overload the Platform with malicious content.

7. Your Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our Platform for personal or business purposes in compliance with these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Platform belong to us or have been lawfully licensed to us. You may not use, copy, or distribute content from the Platform without explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.
